Sunnyside Canal Improvement Project (SCIP Fact summary & Map)

The Sunnyside Canal Improvement Project (SCIP), which consists of rebuilding about 30 check structures, constructing three re-regulation reservoirs with a total capacity of over 1000 AF, canal automation, and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), began fall 2004. The anticipated completion date is 2013. CH2M-HILL was selected as the engineering firm to provide design and construction management services for the SCIP.

Enclosed Lateral Improvement Project (ELIPS fact summary)

The Enclosed Lateral Improvement Project (ELIPS), which consists of replacing low head lateral systems and weir boxes with gravity pressure pipe and flow meters, began spring of 2009. The anticipated completion date is 2025.  RH2 was selected as the engineering firm to provide design and construction management services for ELIPS.
