AQUATIC HERBICIDE TREATMENTS

Sunnyside Valley Irrigation District has the following Acrolein (Magnacide H) treatments scheduled for the week of September 26, 2011.  This herbicide is labeled as being toxic to fish.  If you use your irrigation water for fish rearing, you are advised to discontinue using the irrigation water, beginning on the day of treatment and for at least two days thereafter.  Feel free to call our Water Quality Lab at 509/ 837-6980 with any questions you may have in regards to this matter.

All aquatic weed treatments within Sunnyside Valley Irrigation District waterways will be posted on this web site no later than close of business on the Friday prior to the scheduled treatment date.
